青春阳光的高中女生新垣奈绪（佐藤寛子饰）在一家位于公路边的便利店打工。这里生意冷清，气氛诡异，店长北浦夫妇更是举止反常，行为可怖。如今，一家大型的综合性公司OnMark即将收购这家小便利店，但是他们派出的清算人员手岛明（寺島進饰）却遭遇一场离奇而严重的事故，只得被迫离开岗位。在此之后，美丽的各务凉子（穐葉恭子饰）接替了手岛未竟的工作。从她到来的那天起，便清楚感知到小店内的不祥气氛。吊诡的流血死亡事件接连发生，年轻的男店员更遭遇一个没有面孔的客人。一切开始朝着恐怖的深渊发展……本片根据平山梦明的同名原作改编。
